Creamy Almond Balls


Ingredients (Makes 44 Balls):

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond butter (We used home-made Almond Butter)
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Desicated coconut to roll the balls in

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine and knead all ingredients in a bowl. Roll the mixture into balls of your desired size. Dip each ball in coconut. Repeat until the mixture is used.

Protein Icecream


Ingredients (Makes 4 Serves):

  • 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 200mL milk

Instructions:

Instructions: Place 200mL milk into protein shaker with 2 scoops of 'Level Up' whey protein.. Mix and pour into icecream mould.

Protein Almost Oatmeal


Ingredients (Makes 4 Serves):

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups apple sauce
  • 4 tbsps almond butter
  • 3 tbsps coconut milk
  • 50g frozen raspberries

Instructions:

Instructions: Add 2 cups of apple sauce to saucepan. Add almond butter and mix until smooth. Add coconut milk and protein powder and stir until the mixture is smooth. Serve into a bowl and add the raspberries.

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat almond milk sufficiently in a saucepan and pour into a mug. Add chocolate protein powder and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla extract and stir.
